Homelessness in Hungary

Last year the Hungarian government has moved to turn the homeless into criminals. The entire downtown of Budapest became "Homeless-Free Zone". Laws allowing police to arrest homeless people for sleep on a bench, downtown streets and parks, etc... Most of the people don't care about the homeless just walking away even without reading their sign or giving them money.
